A note for our donors:

River City Food Bank is updating our donation system!

It has been brought to our attention that some of our generous donors have received a "Click & Pledge Foreign Fee" charge on their credit cards.  As a non-profit, we contracted with Click & Pledge in good faith, but, unfortunately, in the middle of our fundraiser, the organization moved their services "off shore,” which is when this charge began appearing. 

River City is now in the process of changing vendors and hope to have our new donation service in place by end of the month.  We felt we could not make the change in the midst of the fundraiser, and we wanted to investigate the best options to ensure this kind of experience does not affect our donors in the future.
